This cute little spot specializes in Moroccan dishes and they are served either by bowl or sandwich. The bowls have a base (your choice) of cous cous or saffron rice, and then the customer moves down the line like at Pokeworks or Subway and the attendant adds to your bowl from the myriad of condiments you point to. Proteins are beef tagine, lamb meshwi, shrimp, kefta beef meatball, potato cake (vegetarian), or chicken chermoula. Dips and toppings include eggplant, fava bean hummus, cucumber tomato, cinnamon carrots, sweet potato, garbanzo salad, egg potato salad, mixed olives, roasted shredded beets, and pickled red onion cabbage.
