Hugo Ortega put his name in the name of his restaurant, and it is part of a ‘family’ of restaurants which includes Urbe, Xochi, Caracol, and Back Street Cafe…all big successful Houston favorites. Hugo’s menu features recipes from his native country, and is located in a classic old building in Lower Westheimer. It is always busy and reservations are recommended.
