Featuring “Bosnian dishes inspired by mom’s home cooking, freshly made every day”. For those of you a little rusty on your geography, Bosnia is a Balkan country located between Croatia and Greece. I am betting Café Adel is the only Bosnia restaurant in Houston. It is a little cozy restaurant and on my last visit at lunch the place was buzzing, and to-go orders were flying out the door by delivery, non-stop. The food? Think Mediterranean with a Slavic touch.
