We review three fine dining restaurants this month. “Savoir” is the French verb “to know”, and this ultra-chic restaurant looks and feels like it would be right at home in Beverly Hills, and the hip clientele could have come from the same stylish Los Angeles suburb. A large adjacent (buzzing!) circular bar sets the mood for the evening-the crowd there was standing three deep when we approached the hostess stand.
